i believe that each person is perfect, there is nothing to fix we just forgot that we are perfect.

As a Somatic (Body) Counselor, my goal as a clinician is to help you remember just how perfect you are and to help you stay connected to that perfection which is self.  In my practice I use tools to help my clients return to their bodies because we are wonderfully and beautifully made in the image of God.  Why is this so important?  Because our bodies take care of us emotionally, physically, and spiritually and we are so disconnected from ourselves that we forget who we are and why we are here and therefore we feel empty, frustrated, angry, sad, anxious.  The amazing thing is that our bodies bring us back to ourselves through our emotions and when we embrace our emotions, when we allow ourselves to have emotional wealth all the answers we have been seeking are right here in our bodies.

So yes, you are perfect full of emotions that are here to serve you and bring you back to the source you have been looking for, yourself.  My goal is to help you on that journey back to your body where you will find the love and everything else you have been looking for.  My goal is to help you to trust yourself, trust your body, trust the answers that you hear coming from self (intuition) that you ignore or avoid.   I could share with you the many years I have served as a counselor (19 years), my many certifications and licenses (Licensed Professional Counselor) and the types of diagnosis I work with (all) but that really does not describe who I am and what you will experience with me as your counselor.
